The Sliding Roofs Acristalia are always manufactured on demand and are composed by a modular aluminium structure made by big section profiles such as beams, wall connection and gutter. All the details are expressely designed for the sliding roof ACRISTALIA and with a careful selection of the material in order to guarantee a better functionality, reliability and durability.

MEASURES AND WEIGHT
There are no limits for the width, because the modularity of the system allows to join as many rows as needed. The maximum depth between pillars is 6.40 m and we can join as many slopes we want.
The weight of the structure depends to the type of panels. It is usually between 15 and 40 Kg/m^2 approximately.

POLYCARBONATE 16MM PANEL
It is possible to use different type of panels with different materials: polycarbonate 16 mm thick, aluminium sandwich panels 12 mm thick or transparent glass panels 3+3 mm thick. It is also possible to use other type of materials.

PROFILES
The employed aluminium beam has a particular shape. Their purpose is to resist the load and, through their special wing shape, to guide from 2 to 5 sliding panels. One of the panels is always fixed, the others slide under the fixed one.
The wall connection profile, frontal beam and gutter are made with extruded aluminium and ensure the best measure stability and durability.
The panel profiles have a special bay that fit with a special seal to ensure the water sealing.
